The “Service Analysis and Digitization of Business Processes” workshops are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to analyze and optimize business services through digitization. These workshops will cover the fundamentals of service analysis, the benefits and challenges of digitization, and practical strategies for implementing digital solutions in various business contexts. The aim is to enhance organizational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth through effective use of digital technologies.

Aim

The primary aims of these workshops are to:

  1. Educate participants on the principles and methodologies of service analysis.

  3. Demonstrate the tools and technologies available for digitizing business processes.
  4. Facilitate the development of strategies for successful digital transformation.
